
Bernard Frey was from the Mohawk River. He first served with the Indian Department and was present at Oriskany in 1777. He was commissioned Captain 2 October 1780. After the war, Frey became a leader in the settlement of Niagara. The date of the first muster of company has yet to be determined. Frey settled in Niagara after the war.
